Our aim is to improve disease prediction in healthy individuals and enhance prognosis prediction in patients. By leveraging genetics, we seek to understand mechanisms underlying diseases, which are used to develop better predictive tools.
Based at Institute for Molecular Medicine Finland (FIMM), at HiLIFE and University of Helsinki, we are an interdisciplinary team, bringing together expertise from different clinical specialties, bioinformatics, statistics, and computer science.
